Flight tickets are governed by the specific fare conditions of the issuing airline (e.g., non-refundable, refundable with penalty, flexible change). Your travel consultant will clearly explain your ticket's exact change and cancellation rules before payment and ticketing.
2. Involuntary Changes & Flight Cancellations / 航司变动与非自愿退票
If an airline cancels a flight or makes major schedule changes, we will assist you in applying for an involuntary refund or rebooking onto the next available flight according to airline policy without unnecessary delays.
3. Processing Time / 退款处理时效
Once a refund is authorized and approved by the operating carrier, the funds will be returned to your original payment account within 5 to 15 business days depending on interbank processing times.
